  • Re: Color Challenge - September (nightsmile)

I absolutely loves these colors, and have just the perfect paper that I bought because I loved it so. However, I'm just not coming up with any photos that work. I'll keep thinking and looking because I do love this paper and want to use it. Maybe I'll see about some pictures of me>
  • Re: California STILL has no budget: Day 68!!!

Can tell I haven't been listening to the news lately. My YDD lives in CA now, so you'd think I'd listen for CA news. I agree. They should get it settled!

  • Re: Thanks Brittany and CK!

I use lots of brads but rarely use eyelets. Keep thinking I need to, though. You have a good reason to start now. Awesome gift.

  • Re: DS makes me feel so guilty

This to shall pass. Hopefully it is just a phase he is going through. Keep speaking clearly to him - and I wouldn't whine much - so that he knows how it is truly supposed to sound. Might just have to sit down and explain it all to him.

  • Re: RAK for a RAK and 2,000 posts (Dorothy)

Thought I'd let you all know what we do in our family....nothing special, but thought you might like to know. I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. In my immediate family (DD, SIL, GS) we buy for everyone. My extended family we get together and take a man/woman gift for a grab bag exchange. Then we enjoy the evening visiting and eating. My DH has 2 sisters

  • Re: Organization in Stores

I don't seem to care who the manufacturer is. I guess I shop more by color....and sometimes by theme. That just depends on what I'm scrapping at the time. If it is something I like, I get it. I never know who manufactured which paper, embellishment, or whatever.

  • RAK for a RAK and 2,000 posts (Dorothy)

Thanks so much to Susan for drawing my name for the pink ATG. I'm so excited to get it and see what all the frenzy is about. I just know that I'm going to love it. And.....this is my 2,000 post on the board. Because of those 2 things (a fabulous RAK and 2,000 posts), I've put together a Christmas RAK (paper, stickers, embellishments, ribbon

  • Re: So, when do you

I rarely mix my letters from one packet to another, but I have seen this done and it looks pretty good. Black is such a universal color, that I think I would tend to hang onto them for awhile. You are making me feel guilty, though. I need to go through mine and do some weeding out!

  • Re: Advice on multi-page LO

I'd probably go with solid background and use the patterned paper for photo mounts. I think the photos tend to get lost on some of the patterened paper.
