Memorabilia border

I used some of the memorabilia from our trip to Florida to create a border for this introduction page. The shell and Comfort Inn pictures are cut from the front of postcards we bought, the Nasa lofo was cut from a informational brochure and the small group picture and Crabby Joe's dated card were inside a souvinear keychain that was too thick to include, so I took those out and added them to the border.

This card is for my mom's drapery installer. He has a heart condition they just found and is waiting for meds to be prescribed so he can get back to work!!

Paper - brown textured cardstock from scraps to make strip across bottom, red scrap, scrap from a card I messed up on.

Ladder - clipart, printed right onto card

Embroidery Floss to hang sign, and I used a real snap to attach it. Punched it through the back of the face of the card and snapped on the front!

Just a blank card to pop in mail, used extra scraps. I always try to make a card when i am done with my layouts, i use up the scraps, and then i have a cute card, and it saves me running to the store. I haven't bought a card in about 4 years! LOL!

Circus Cover

This is the front cover of a book that is still in progress.. I used the Cricut Lite cartridge Carousel. Inside the door I put a picture of a sign that was at the circus.

Creating

This is a canvas I made to hang in my scrapbook room.

I used My Studio paint in Light Pink to cover the background.. While the paint was still slightly wet I sprayed Viva Pink and Silver Sugar Glimmer Mists, using a paint brush I brushed the mists to soften them.

I used Unity Stamp to stamp the saying on Making Memories PP ~ Sabrina Collection. I cut the eiffel tower is from french Manor Cricut Cartridge. I sprayed it with Black Magic Glimmer Mist. The flowers are Acrylic Jewels by Horizon..they are covering up the smudges on the flowers when I stamped :) I inked the edges with Tim Holts Distress Inks in Black Soot

This was a LO I did for a challenge over at Big Picture Scrapbooking.. The flowers were made by twisting and tucking seam binding in a circle. 2 of the flowers I used already sprayed and dried seam binding ( Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist ~ Rum Raisen). I liked that way better because the seam binding was stiffer and easier to twist and control. the other flower I made first then sprayed with Deep Plum Glimmer Mist then sprayed with water to desaturate the color.
