Well, ladies, I am filling in for this week's challenge as I didn't see one posted. Your challenges have been so creative and unique. I'm not sure I can compete with that!!!!
So, I decided I would love to see you do MONOCHROMATIC cards and PREFERABLY (but I don't want to scare anyone away from making a card).....I challenge you to do white on white (maybe with a TEENY TINY PINCH of color)!!! I'll send a small RAK from my stash to a randomly selected winner.
Here are some examples I found on pinterest:
from stampin up with just a TINY bit of color
from HEARTPRINTS
and by Debby Yates:
And the randomly selected WINNER this week (and once again, I apologize for the delay in selecting this ....we had our grandkids over the whole weekend and we were BUSY!!!!) is..................................................
LAURIE!!!!
RAK going out in the mail today with one I owe from 2 weeks ago for the Valentine's Day Card challenge!!! Sorry Patti!

Very cool challenge, Mary Lou! I won't be able to work on it since I'm already packing up my stash, but I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone creates!

Thanks for posting and hosting Mary Lou! The cards you posted are so pretty. I will definitely try this one - thanks!
Fun challenge, Mary Lou - although definitely a challenge for me! I have a couple ideas, though, and can't wait to get started working on them! Thank you!

I love this challenge!! I used a aluminum foil for the silver and some white Stickle on the flower. This card is for my Brother-in-law and his wife. I love this challenge so much, I am making another card too. It is going to be a wedding card for my son and his girlfriend. They are getting married in 2 weeks. I will post that one when it dries.
Thanks for filling in Mary Lou... Wow! Those are some fabulous cards! This will be a fun challenge...
Patti... Wow! Gorgeous! How did you use foil on the card???
I started scrapping, thinking I'd work on my inchies...but your challenge was calling to me, so I did a couple of cards instead. :)
Here's the first one. The squares are embossed with a music stamp. The picture turned out a little bluish, I thought I had already corrected it. Ah, well.
My intended whisper of pink ended up being more than I wanted on there, so I made another version with just a teeny bit of pink around the edges...
I needed a wedding and an anniversary card, so that worked out really well. :)
Boy, for someone who loves color, this was a tough one! But it was fun! Thanks Mary Lou!
Sandy, I just cut the white paper to fit a bit smaller than the card and taped it to the "HEAVY DUTY" foil....and cut around it to make a tiny border
Patti: Sandy, I just cut the white paper to fit a bit smaller than the card and taped it to the "HEAVY DUTY" foil....and cut around it to make a tiny border
Patti....it looked like you used thin strips on your card! Your way sounds soooo much easier...thanks for explaining it.
Yolanda... beautiful cards! Very soft pretty!
Gena...Wow! Love the black with the white! (I have that same stamp!)
