Sounds bad!!! I know that black mold is nothing to mess around with, hope they can get it taken care of soon! You mentioned that the development is new but that doesn't mean everything was done to code! Remember, we live in a world of doing things the fast way, not the correct way! Thats a little un-nerving! I hope they can get it taken care of. I know our house had a mold issue before we bought it. It was taken care of, we have not had any issues since. We do have an exhaust fan and dehumidifier in the space below the basement floor.

Nothing since they sealed off the kitchen. That was about five and they left. As far as getting me out of the house, while they are doing construction (I don't think, that is gonna happen). We will see what happens tomorrow.
They are supposed to be back and start ripping out the cabinets even more so, apparently today they just pulled up the bottom of cabinets... they look intact until you open them. Apparently they are pulling out the sink too.
They did say that its in the foundation, but no other info than that.
