Ok, so this was supposed to get posted last week. I'm sorry ladies! Here's the Sketch I sent out:
Kay started us off. Here's the LO she came up with:
Awesome job with the grid! Love the mix of photos and embellies. That mustache is perfect for this LO. And, what a CUTE KID!
Christine (SierraScrapper) picked it up from there and delighted us with this:
How sweet is that title? Awesome LO! And, don't you love those arrows? The grid is still there, just as colour blocking, framing the photo. Fantastic adaptation!
Jessica was up next, and her lovely LO was this:
1st of all.... Can I come to the next Game Day? Looks like FUN! Awesome puzzle embellies, too! LOVE the hexagons for the grid, too. And they work so well as pattern, and non-pattern, too! Fantastic!
Heather (photochic) was the next to pick up the challenge. She came through in sterling form:
More of those darling hexagons! Love all the soft colours, too. And, notice how the bracketing from the sketch in the top left and bottom right corners is back? Totally cute job!
Next up was Laura (Moongirl) who presented this stunning effort:
More of those fabulous hexagons... but LOVE her twist on them! The punched out centres are awesome. And? Still have those framing brackets!
CynthiaD lived up to the challenge of following that stunning LO with her gorgeous one:
She's swapped the hexagons for circles, which look adorable on this LO! And love that paper rosette! So cute! The journaling has moved away from the bottom, but it works great on this LO up top.
Hope was our caboose, and boy did she finish us out in style!
What an AWESOME photo! I'm always so impressed with those who can get great macro shots. Hope kept the circle shape to the border edge, and the rosette became a closeup photo. Boy how it has changed from the sketch, though!
Thanks for playing along, everyone! The LOs were so fantastic, don't be surprised if they get scraplifted by me. See you next round!
