Yesterday I made boxes for my children's "Easter Baskets" using DCWV textured 12x12 cardstock, with the MS Scoring Board. I might have to make more boxes to accommodate what we have to put in them. That won't be a problem, just will take some time, and I don't know when I'll do it, or exactly with what, or what size to do. Obviously to me it would mean making a smaller box to stack on top of the already made ones, which are 8x8x2.

I have cute little bunnies that I got at Costco, a roadshow of some chocolate company last week. They had the cutest thing, we didn't see the actual ones, but they showed us a picture of what they DID have but ran out of, sadly, wonderful bunny cages, wood and mesh with the bunny inside, so cute! We got the next best thing, two bunnies in a plastic box for each of them. I'll put them in Easter Grass in the box that makes the most sense for them, therefore I must actually test that today, I suppose.

I should make something for each set with my Cricut "Create-A-Critter" but I don't feel like making four complicated figures right now. Boxes, yes, pieced together things ... no.

I made identical little cards to go with each, and personalized them with their names. I used three sheets of paper cut 4x4, 3.5x3.5, 2.5x2.5 for each "card". I stamped a "Peep! Peep!" and a little "Bird" above it in the bottom right corner. In the middle, but not centered I stamped a "rabbit silhouette in a cirle with hippity hop words round it". All stamps by Basic Grey.

On the rabbit I used white milky way marker to fill it in some, then outlined it with silver gel pen.

I want to look at that today, and jazz the cards up some more.

I want to use some ribbon from Christmas to tie it all up nicely, some sort of wide translucent white or silver ribbon.

I don't have any pictures of what I have done so far.

My eldest child's birthday is a week from tomorrow. I surely wish Easter wasn't as late as it is this year. It's detracting me from working on thing for him. I have to finish a book I'm making for him, and figure out what else I can do. AUGH!!!!!!
