Hi Everyone, It's Piradee here today to share with you some
ways that you can dress up those chipboard pieces to give your layout that
little something extra. At the moment, I'm in one of those "raw"
modes, where I prefer to use the natural colors of the chipboard to accent my
layout. However sometimes I feel that the chipboard is a bit too plain and
therefore I'm always looking for ways to dress it up a tad bit.
On the layout below I dressed up some of the chipboard
buttons using a stamp that only partially covers some of the surface and thus
providing that contrast against the raw chipboards.

seen in 101+ Creative Ways to Use
Your Scrapbooking Supplies, page

On the layout below, I didn't want to alter the color of the
chipboard and therefore opted to dry emboss some of the chipboard pieces to
added that little bit of detail.

magazine, page 91.
Today I challenge you to pull out some chipboard accents,
and add just a hint of pattern or texture, but let their natural color show
through on a layout.
