The Club CK gallery is always full of inspiring ideas and beautiful layouts. The other editors at Creating Keepsakes and I went through the Club CK gallery and selected a few of our favorites. Enjoy!

Chase and Haus by Megan Klauer
CK Joannie recommends using stickers and paper scraps to create
fun and unique photo frames to enhance your focal photo.

Gone Fishing by Darcy Baldwin
CK Lara loves the title treatment on this page. The way Darcy has
added the fishing pole and line to wrap around the photo focuses the viewers on
the fantastic photo and ties the entire page together. Darcy's page is digital,
but you can get this same look traditionally using baker's twine or linen
thread.

Hatshepsut Temple by Shirlee
CK Lori adores how Shirlee enlarged the main photo on her layout
and used the white space on the left side of it to house her title and
journaling.

Lovies by Diana Brodeur
CK Kim recommends using a clear-cut color combination and loads of
clean white space on your layout, just like Diana did. The blue, yellow, and
gray look so fresh and crisp against the white background. Plus, Diana's story
about her daughter's "mousey and blankie" is just too sweet for
words!

5 Candles by ultraquickchick
CK Megan is all about the simplistic design of this page. It's a
great way to get several photos on a layout without the design feeling
overwhelmed.

Playtime with Da-da by Smitha
CK Joannie recommends using a quick digital template for pages
made faster!

3 Apples From the
Same Tree by Amanda L.
CK Erin loves the adorable tree created with buttons, swirls, and corrugated
shapes. This whimsical accent really accentuates the theme and title of her
page!

~life changes~ by adogslife13
CK Erin thinks the clustering on this page is beautiful. Sometimes
scrapbooking can be a great way to express ourselves, and keep us focused on
the person we want to be.

Love by Melissa Johnson
CK Erin loves the way Melissa tied her layout together. She put
the quote around one corner, and then balanced it out with stitching on the
opposite corner.

Decorating Her Tree by carthur
CK Erin thinks the strips of patterned paper are the perfect way
to add bit of color, and keep the focus on the grouping of fun photos.

Baby Fresh by Nancy
CK Erin loves her use of white-on-white! This is a great way to convey
the freshness of a bathing baby.

Cheer Camp by Barb
CK Erin loves the way the stars and banner emphasis the subject of
the layout. Next time you begin a layout, think about what shapes and imagery
go with your subject, and try to incorporate them on your page.
Post your project to the Club CK gallery today, and it may show up in the next
project spotlight! Plus, other community members will be able to enjoy the
inspiration you post throughout the week! Your page may even be picked up for
publication in an upcoming issue of Creating
Keepsakes.
