Look around you. What do you see? A cup, a computer, snacks,
chairs, a table, and more. These objects are part of your everyday life, but
more than likely, they're not yet part of your scrapbook album. Since they play
such an important part of your everyday life, it's time to capture them for
your scrapbooks. Yes, it is okay to dedicate an entire layout to the objects around
your home, even if you have a stack of other photos to tend to from birthdays,
holidays, and more.
Today's one-hour challenge is all about photographing the everyday details of
home. (You can also do the same for your office.) Simply photograph at least 15
items that are a part of your everyday life, and journal about how each item is
part of your routine. You don't need to
create a scrapbook page with the photos--or at least not yet.
You have one hour to complete the photography and
journaling. Once you're done, upload your three
favorite images and post them to the Club CK gallery. (Learn how to post to the gallery here.) Then participate in a contest for the chance to win a
prize by leaving a comment on this post that contains the three URLs for the
photos you posted in the Club CK gallery.
By participating in the contest, you'll be entered to win papers
and a stamp from either the Super Stud or Flirty lines from Bella Blvd. One prize will
be awarded to a randomly selected winner who posts the URLs in a comment by
11:15 a.m. MST on May 27, 2010. The second prize will be awarded to a randomly
selected winner who posts the URLs in a comment by 9:00 a.m. MST on Tuesday
June 1, 2010.
